These terms and conditions apply to all bookings (reservations) made via The Victory website. All booking agreements are entered into with The Victory, Kursu Rajbagh,  Srinagar, Kashmir.

Cancellations will be accepted by no later than 12-noon on the day prior to arrival.

If the booking has been cancelled before 15 days date of arrival 100% booking amount will be refunded.

If the booking has been cancelled before 07 days date of arrival, 50% booking amount will be charged.

If the booking has been cancelled same date or No show, then 100% booking amount will be charged. Bookings may be cancelled at www.thevictory.in/contact. Please enter your booking number and the email address used to make the booking. You can find the booking number in the booking confirmation sent to you by email. If the terms of cancellation have been met, the amount will be refunded within 1-8 days after cancellation.

Arrival and departure?

The room/rooms is/are available from 14:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 12:00 noon on the day of departure. If check-out takes place later than 12:00 noon on the day of departure, the customer will be charged for an additional night’s stay.

Liability for compensation?

In cases of force mature or other extraordinary circumstances beyond HOTEL’s control – including fire, water damage, strike/lockout, breakdown in telephony/data connections or other technical failures – The Victory Hotel is entitled to cancel bookings without prior warning and at no liability.

The Victory Hotel liability for compensation cannot, regardless of cause, exceed the total price of the booking, and any compensation will not cover indirect losses, such as loss of profits, transport and travel expenses. Similarly, The Victory Hotel is not liable for expenses relating to alternative accommodation. The Victory Hotel is not liable for lost or stolen property or luggage in the room or at the hotel in general, including in connection with the use of luggage rooms and/or luggage boxes.

Lost and found?

Items that have been forgotten or left behind in the room or at the hotel will be kept for a maximum of 01 Month after departure. It is possible to have objects forwarded to you for a shipping and handling fee plus any postage or transport costs. Items will only be forwarded against prepayment of the fee plus postage, and they cannot be sent COD. Parking?

It is not possible to reserve a parking space. Reserving a parking space in connection with a booking is considered a request that The Victory Hotel will do its best to fulfill. Parking is at the owner of the vehicle’s own account and risk. The Victory Hotel is not liable for vandalism or theft of or from parked vehicles.

Worldwide currencies @2.5% Transaction charges & 18% GST
